The hotel is in a calm, peaceful part of the wine region, with wine gardens within walking distance. I recommend them. Verona city center is a 15-minute drive away, and you can also take a bus directly to Verona from the nearby stop. I stayed for 3 nights, and Elizabeth was a great help. She gave me a warm, friendly welcome. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and comfortably laid out in a modern Italian style. Breakfast had different homemade sweets, and the juices and jams were delicious too.

My reservation was cancelled by the property on the same day, while I was already on my way there. At 6 pm, with a baby along, I was left with nowhere to go. There was misinformation about the place on a booking website, but the person blamed me for the misunderstanding and for the false information given to the site. They argued with me and refused to help, without even offering a small apology. Very rude, no customer service. A really bad experience. As soon as you walk in, it smells like mold. The person hears someone arrive but doesn’t come to meet the customer, and instead yells.
