The advice we got about visiting the local sights was excellent, including where to go and the best time to visit. The management was knowledgeable and always tried to fit in our requests. We had a really pleasant three-day stay, with an excellent welcome. The location worked very well as a base for driving around the places we wanted to see, including Rocca Calascio and Santo Stefano Sessanio.

The owner was so kind, friendly, and ready to help. We stayed in a two-room apartment with a kitchen, a bathroom with a window, and a bedroom with plenty of beds. The B&B was easy to find and under 20 minutes from Rocca Calascio. You can also visit the owner's grandfather's cave, which was the standout for me.

Filippo (the owner) really won me over. He was so helpful, kind, and courteous, just a unique person. We only stopped briefly while passing through, but we'll definitely return. The place is well cared for and, above all, very clean. There are comforts and amenities for children as well as our furry friends, and the value for money is superb. Thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts.

Maria and Filippo were incredibly kind and happy to accommodate what their guests needed. Our room had a gorgeous terrace where breakfast was served every morning. The location makes it easy to explore the area, and for the price I don't think there's a better option, especially for anyone who loves authenticity. It has the feel of an old country home, simple and genuine, and really lets you feel away from the city chaos.
