2/10
The noise carried straight through the thin doors and walls, so the room felt more like a living room than somewhere to sleep, if sleep was even possible. Between 1 and 3 a.m., people were constantly shouting and running along the corridor. There was no staff at the property overnight, and no way to reach anyone from the room. I called the emergency number posted at reception, but was told they couldn't do anything and that we should handle it ourselves. Booking lists this as four stars; I'd struggle to give it two. Avoid it if you can.

Sarah and her friends were so helpful and welcoming, and the service was excellent. It's a lovely place if you're after some peace and quiet.

4/10
Breakfast was good. The room felt dated, the shower was small, and the table hadn't been cleaned properly.

The service is good. The place is okay.
