It's a family hotel, and the team were kind and advised us on the best way to get to Venice square. Bus and train stations are three minutes away, and parking is available first come, first served. We had AC and wifi in the rooms, which were very small but clean and tidy. Breakfast was poor, though presented very nicely. Bring mosquito spray when you head to Venice. Enjoy!

Friendly staff run this affordable, clean and well-located hotel near several good restaurants. Rooms are modern and air-conditioned. For a visit to Venice's historic floating section, it's a great base: the train station is under a five-minute walk away, and the trip to Venice St. Lucia station on the main island costs €1.25. Highly recommend it.

Just what you'd expect from a two-star hotel. The rooms were cleaned every day, and it's near the bus and tram station. Five stars for Ena at reception: she was warm and welcoming and gave us all the information we needed for our first trip to Venice.

A great spot if you want to stay outside Venice with easy access. The staff were very nice, spoke English and were willing to help with anything. Good for solo travelers. Bus stops are only a few minutes away, and there's a tobacco shop nearby where you can buy an unlimited pass.

The staff were supportive and cooperative, and the rooms, beds and other facilities were clean. Hot water was the main issue: it took 5-10 minutes of running the tap before it arrived. Also, advance bookings can only be paid by credit card, as there's no PayPal option.
