Bed&Breakfast Luna

The B&B is brand new and the rooms are beautifully furnished. But the shower was leaking so badly that we had water all over the bedroom floor. The owner seemed more worried that we might have damaged the bed than about changing our room. Incredible. We left.

We had trouble getting in and ended up downstairs at the bar to retrieve the keys from a slot machine room full of people drinking beer and smoking. The room was cramped, and the bathroom had neither a bidet nor a hairdryer. We had booked a triple, but were given a double with a small sofa bed as the third bed, something not mentioned beforehand. There was so little room we couldn’t even open it properly, let alone get the 30 square meters stated in the reservation. The sheets were bundled up inside the bed. We left because the advertised three beds weren’t there, and the sofa bed was uncomfortable for an adult who is 2 meters tall. We’d paid in advance, and unfortunately got no refund.

The bathroom was missing a bidet and hairdryer, and there were no shelves or stools for personal items or toiletries. We’d booked a triple room with a double bed and a single, but that single turned out to be a sofa bed, which hadn’t been specified in the reservation. The floor outside the rooms was dirty, and reception was in a bar downstairs. The stay was uncomfortable.

Good for a stop on a long journey. The rooms are modern, new and very well kept. The location isn’t the best if you need to get around, since you’ll need a car. Breakfast is included and comes from the café downstairs, called Bar Luna.
