The sea is less than a five-minute drive away. And the floors in the rooms are just beautiful. The owner's son made them himself, and to me they're works of art.

The owners made a lovely impression, always smiling, friendly and ready to help. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well equipped, and the property itself is really nice and easy to reach. I stayed here with my boyfriend for Termoli Comics Festival. He'd been the year before and was very happy to come back, and we'd both be glad to return too. :)

What I remember most is how warmly Davide and his mother welcomed us, and how friendly they were. The place feels cared for but still homely, and everything was clean and well maintained. The rooms have all the comforts, from air conditioning and key cards to a refrigerator, and their floors really stand out. It's a relaxing place for either a quick stop or a longer stay, with that thoughtful kindness that stays with you.

The location may not work for everyone, but if you want somewhere quiet, it's a good fit. I stayed one night and had a great time. The owners were kind and helpful, and my room was clean and neat, with air conditioning and a mini-fridge. At breakfast they ask what you'd like. I usually eat savory food in the morning, and they were able to meet my requests. There's a pool too, though I didn't ask about using it during such a short stay. I'll definitely come back.
