We couldn't find parking in front of the hotel. The room was dirty when we arrived, the fridge smelled bad, and the shower had barely any water, making it hard to wash. After a few days the internet stopped working. We messaged the owner, but he didn't reply or fix it. Breakfast is advertised, but I'll show you a picture of what it was like.

I stayed at this modern, cozy B&B over the past few weeks and came away very impressed. The owners were kind, the rooms were clean and well furnished, and the location is central. Breakfast is Italian style. I'd recommend it to anyone visiting San Severo, even for a short stay.

At €45 a night, the price was close to what other B&Bs charge, but the stay was well below average. Breakfast was a vending-machine coffee, a croissant, and packaged juice. I understand there may not be room to serve breakfast here, but they could have left it out or arranged it at a bar, as many other B&Bs do. The room smelled strongly of damp, and even leaving the window open all day didn't clear it. We stayed for a week, but there was no housekeeping, fresh towel change, or shower gel in the room.

I'm here for work and have found it good value, with a quick check-in and a helpful owner. The room with a balcony is clean, and the bathroom is new and works well. It's central, about a 15-minute walk from the train station, and within walking distance of the historic centre, which was a real surprise since I didn't know it, and supermarkets. Recommended if you want privacy and comfort at an affordable price.
