The area was so calm, and the views across the Como Villages and lake were gorgeous. I loved leaving the window open at night to hear the little waterfall nearby, then waking to birdsong each morning. The balcony view was lovely too, but the balcony needed a proper clean. There were spider webs and cat hairs everywhere, and I had to clean the chairs and other things before using them. I also found cigarette ends there. I didn't come on holiday to clean.

The view is what earned the five stars for me. The area is lovely, quiet, and well located, with free parking. The cleanliness could be better, though.

We had lots of space for four people, and the rooms were furnished well with everything we needed. The balcony outside had lovely lake views. It was a peaceful base for enjoying nature or visiting the many well-known places around Lake Como. The owners were very helpful.
