B&B Villa delle Rose

We stayed in May 2022 and loved spending time on the upstairs balcony off the big living room, with several other balconies off the kitchen and bedrooms too. The villa has four bedrooms and four bathrooms, lots of room, and some unique spaces. It's nestled in the hills above Budoni, with views over town and the ocean. The landscaping is beautifully designed and maintained, and everything seemed to be in bloom. Antonio treated us really well and was a great host. There was a large fridge, AC, plenty of outlets, good Wi-Fi, a gorgeous pool, and good parking in a very quiet neighborhood. A great restaurant and supermarket were both within walking distance, and the highway and beaches were easy to reach.

I've traveled to Sardinia regularly and usually stay farther north, but this place was a real discovery. It's quiet and peaceful, with a little haven for relaxing and recharging, and I'll almost certainly come back next year. The house is even more beautiful and spacious than the photos suggest, with bright rooms throughout. For me, the real gem was the host, Antonio. He's the most flexible, patient, understanding, and accommodating host I've come across, especially during Sardinia's busiest time of year. Do yourself a favor and visit him and his fantastic B&B/Villa!

We loved staying here. The pool was lovely, and breakfast on the porch came with a great view. Free parking on the property was a real plus, and the rooms were clean with soaps and lotions provided. Antonio was so welcoming and accommodating. Our flight was delayed, but he stayed up late to greet us and even brought late-night snacks because we'd missed dinner.

The property is beautifully maintained, and the host looked after us and made sure we were enjoying ourselves. It's a great base for a Sardinia holiday, close to beaches, the airport, and the main sightseeing spots.
