The agency managing the apartments, Alemar Viaggi, behaved fraudulently. On the official wubook.net booking site, air conditioning and pool access were listed as included. But when I called, the agent said air conditioning would cost an extra €100, and that the pool was only available with the villa, which costs €700 more. I couldn’t find where those conditions were written. Luckily, I hadn’t booked directly online.

We spent a week here as a family. The outdoor area was well maintained, the location was lovely, and the private beach was just steps from the villa. The famous San Teodoro beaches are nearby, and you can walk to the center. The furniture was decent. The main drawback was the beds: the double wasn’t so much of a problem, but the sofa bed was very uncomfortable.

A lovely, peaceful place, with greenery all around and private parking in the private area. It’s also nice for evening walks. There’s a basketball court, tennis court, ping pong table, and outdoor showers. Excellent.

We loved the huge garden and the five-minute walk to Cala Ambra. San Teodoro 3, where my partner and I stayed at the end of July, was nicely furnished and had an outdoor veranda with a table and chairs. It’s a quiet area, though the beach club’s music can make it hard to sleep at night when it stays open until 5 a.m. The kitchen could have used a few basics, like detergent, salt, and oil, but it wasn’t a big deal since the nearby minimarkets sell everything. The location is convenient for both San Teodoro center and the other beaches. We had a truly lovely stay and will definitely come back.
