Le Tre Querce

The pool was a lovely way to cool off at the end of the day, and hardly anyone else seemed to use it. We spent a week at Le tre Querce and couldn't fault the quiet location, comfortable bed, good basic cooking facilities, or lovely staff. The supermarket was a five-minute walk, and town was 15 to 20 minutes away on foot. The man at reception was friendly and helpful with information. Bed linen and air conditioning cost extra, but it wasn't too bad in the grand scheme of things.

A five-minute walk gets you to a huge supermarket, and the beautiful beach is about 20 minutes away on foot. The lively town centre takes around 10 minutes, though the place itself feels secluded, quiet, and relaxing. We stayed for a week and had a perfect time. The rooms have traditional style, mountain surroundings, and views over the lovely pool. Everyone on staff was so nice, especially the very friendly and helpful man running the place. I'd happily come back, and recommend both this accommodation and San Teodoro.

The resort is a few kilometres from the beaches, restaurants, grocery stores, and town centre, so having a car would be very helpful. We were there with a toddler and wished there were at least a restaurant on site. There is space for a restaurant and bar, but both had to close because the owner was having trouble finding staff. I hope he finds the help he needs. Our room was clean and spacious, with a huge balcony in a great spot. The pool was superb, always clean and a good temperature. The place was beautiful and well maintained, and we had a fantastic stay.

From the rooms, the pool sits in front of the mountains. San Teodoro, restaurants, and supermarkets are all within walking distance. Our room wasn't very big, but it had everything we needed. Towels, bed linen, and air conditioning cost extra. We arrived a little late, and a woman walking her dog helped us communicate with the person at reception. Let them know if you'll arrive after 9.
