Residence La Tartaruga

The first impression was of a quiet, decent-looking place, and the apartments are cute. With some care and effort they could be amazing, but our group of six booked 2 apartments and we were all disappointed once we looked around. Both were very sparsely equipped, without even some basic necessities. We had to pay extra for bed sheets, bath towels, and kitchen towels. The kitchen had only basic, mismatched dishes and cutlery, all very old and poor quality. The beds and mattresses were old and springy, and we all woke with back pain. The bathroom hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly. Its small, tired-looking cabinet had just one working bulb with very dim light. There was nowhere to hang towels, put toiletries, or even keep toilet paper, and the toilet seats didn’t even fit the same way. On our last evening we were asked to clean everything and put away the dishes, which we would have done anyway. We couldn’t believe it after paying unusually high cleaning fees. If you want a cozy, clean, comfortable apartment for your holiday, I’d keep looking.
