It’s very close to the beach and the location is excellent. The apartments could be cozy and nice if management cleaned them between guests.

The apartments are clean and well maintained. It’s a peaceful spot, and you can get to the beach without needing a car. Shops are about a five-minute drive away.

Alberto and his family were so kind and helpful, always ready to respond to questions or requests. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. It’s just steps from the beach, and a great base for exploring the beautiful sea around San Teodoro and Budoni. Excellent value for the price. I recommend it!

We stayed at Appartamenti Agrustos from August 4 to 18, 2022. The beach right outside and the coastline nearby were covered in seaweed. In the apartment, the water wasn’t drinkable during our whole stay, and the Wi-Fi was poor. It also got very hot: only one of the two bedrooms had air conditioning, and our request for a fan went unanswered. The bed linen and pillows were in a terrible state. At €1,000 a week, I expected clean, ironed linen and pillows that had at least been re-covered, rather than worn-out stuffing.

There are lots of fantastic beaches just a few minutes away, so the location works really well. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. The friendly owner lives nearby with his family and was always available.
