We stayed for two weeks in July 2025, a family of four from Canada, in the ground-floor apartment. The host was always available and quick to answer our questions, which made things more comfortable. The area is quiet and breezy at night, a welcome change from the noisier town center, but the apartment is still close to the center. Supermarkets, bars, and restaurants are all an easy walk away. There are around 22 or 23 coves nearby, and most of the beautiful local beaches are only 3 to 10 minutes away by car. A free express bus stops just 80 meters from the building, which is handy too. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it for a relaxing holiday.

From the first floor, we loved watching the sunset over the hills. There’s space there to eat or sit with a book. The apartment matched the photos, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. We stayed a few days, and the owner was available and happy to accommodate our requests. San Teodoro’s beaches are beautiful and easy to get to, and there’s a free bus stop 80 meters from the apartment if you’d rather not drive. I highly recommend it.

These apartments are comfortable and practical, with all the main comforts. They’re in a very quiet residential part of San Teodoro, with little noise at night, so they’re suited to a relaxing stay, especially for couples and families. The location also works well for exploring the municipality’s 35 km of coastline and beaches.
