Mariva Dune Suites

Lots of greenery, a very clean place, and close to the beach. Quiet and cozy, just the spot to be.

The sunset views are so beautiful... Such a great place for a seaside holiday :)

I left a night early, even though I’d already booked it, because I couldn’t stay in the room. I paid €800 per night, and this was one of my biggest disappointments. There were ants and mold, the furniture was worn out, and the room was filthy. The rooms are dirty and poorly maintained, nothing like the photos online. Those pictures are completely misleading. This hotel is absolutely not a 5-star property. For a place in this condition, I don’t think it should cost more than €150 per night. Charging luxury prices is unacceptable. Don’t waste your money or support businesses that deceive guests with fake photos and false expectations. The photos below show the hotel’s real condition.

The pool is spectacular, clean, and a lovely place to relax. The green oasis around it gives the villas a special, almost magical feel, and the outdoor area is a real highlight. The villas are comfortable and well maintained, with the sea just 10 meters away. You can get to the beach in an instant, while still enjoying the peace of all that greenery. My family and I have chosen the Mariva Dune villas for our holidays for four years, and each stay has been unforgettable. The staff are extremely courteous and attentive. Luca, the property manager, also pays attention to detail, which makes the experience even more pleasant and exclusive. Mariva Dune remains our ideal choice for a beautiful, relaxing holiday near the sea. Highly recommended if that’s what you’re looking for!
