Poggio Ai Santi

The garden is a dream, especially in spring when everything is in bloom, and you can feel how much care goes into the place. It’s wonderfully peaceful, pet friendly, and has a stunning view. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and high quality, and dinner featured local ingredients. Everything we tried was delicious, with great vegetarian options too. Nothing to complain about, 10/10. We'd definitely come back.

The staff are utterly charming, the rooms are tastefully done, and the fresh ingredients make for delicious food. Such beautiful gardens too. A glorious stay, simply wonderful, a real treasure!

I came away with a calm mind, a warm heart, and, more than anything, the wish to do better. I'll be back. A stay here feels like a privilege, in a place that's rare, real, and deeply inspiring. It has the kind of paradise I wish there were more of, a little closer to home. The way this place is run matters just as much as its beauty. No plastic, water filtered on-site, and the gardens supply 80% of what's served on the plate. Around 90% of things are homemade, from honey, olive oil, wine, spices, grains, and preserves to plenty more. You're surrounded by living nature, with animals, bees, lizards, and butterflies like the ones we saw as kids. Here, luxury means peace, sustainability, and care in how resources are managed. It made me think about traveling differently and living better. Some places we dream of visiting turn out to be even more beautiful than we pictured, without needing Instagram filters, in how they look and in what they stand for.

My husband and I came across this place by chance and were amazed 🤩. It's one of the best places we've stayed. We spent 3 nights there and are already planning to return for a longer visit!
