Residence Villa Livia

The apartment was lovely and in an excellent location, but the management was awful. Four of us stayed at Villa Livia in apartment no. 7 from September 13th to 15th, 2024. On the first night, our hair dryer slipped and a plastic piece broke off, though it still worked. We told management, and they charged us 50 euros for a wall-mounted dryer that costs 10 euros on Amazon. It felt pretty lacking in class, but we tried to enjoy the stay. After checkout, the owner called asking for the plastic piece back because he had booked the apartment and needed it to reattach to the dryer. We said, a bit resentfully, that since he'd charged us 50 euros and the dryer needed replacing, we'd thrown it away. He got annoyed and told my friend on the phone that she was rude and unpleasant. Miserable behavior. Nice apartment, terrible staff.

We all had a really good time, and everything was great. Although we arrived later than promised and the reception desk was already closed, the apartment owner waited for us and checked us in personally. He explained the apartment and San Vincenzo in detail. A public garage nearby costs €30 per day, while he offered us his own garage for €12. The apartment was very spacious, with two balconies and a beautiful view from the balcony. There's a pedestrian street nearby with plenty of restaurants and boutiques, and both Conad City and Coop grocery stores are close by. Thank you!

We stayed there last October and would love to return. The balcony overlooking the harbor was a dream, and the landlords were very friendly and helpful. The place had everything we needed, was clean, and was furnished practically. It's about 50 meters from the beach and just a short stroll from the lovely village center.

The residence staff were friendly and helpful. Both apartments had air conditioning, and they were spacious and close to the center, shops, and restaurants. Their position opposite the San Vincenzo harbor does mean noise, especially on Saturday nights, though it was relatively noisy on other nights too. Apartment no. 1 is almost at ground level, has no terrace or washing machine, and you can't sleep with the windows open. Apartment no. 7 was quieter and had two terraces, one facing the sea and harbor, as well as a washing machine.
