We asked for another blanket and were told there should be some in the room, but there weren't any. There were plenty of extra towels, though. The room also had no complimentary water, so we went out to get some rather than deal with the grumpy front desk man again. This was the final hotel of our trip, and it left a bad impression. The evening receptionist seemed unhappy to be working that day, and rushed through the amenities without saying whether breakfast was included. The front desk staff seemed to have an attitude problem. I'll avoid this hotel when I return to Italy.

There isn't much around the hotel, but it worked perfectly well for our late-night stop. If you need to be near the airport, it's fine, and with BW you know what you're getting. The rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast was decent, and there was parking outside.

Housekeeping deserves credit for how well the place was cleaned. The hotel felt very clean and welcoming, and the staff were personable and respectful, keen to make the stay enjoyable. The comfortable rooms had a tea maker, a bar fridge, and plenty of storage. It's an excellent place to use as a base.

Our room on the fourth floor had something incredibly loud that could hardly be called AC. It was blasting away on full, set to 17 degrees, while the room was around 28 degrees. Don't book here expecting four-star quality.
