A great base for exploring the Dolomites. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean, breakfast is a hearty mountain-style meal made in house, and the service is attentive.

The home-cooked dinner is excellent and made with the highest quality. Breakfast is generous, with typical homemade products. This family-run hotel is also ideally located near the slopes, with one of the Dolomites’ most beautiful panoramic mountain views. I highly recommend it.

I was fascinated by the owner’s dedication, care and passion for his work and animals when I watched the cows being milked at the end of the day. I was curious to join in and learned a lot. The hotel also offers ample parking, and the family running it are professional and kind, which really adds to the feeling of being at home. I stayed three nights at this lovely hotel in central San Vito. It sits a little above the main road, so it’s peaceful. My room was modest in size, but the balcony had a table and chairs and looked out over the town center and mountains. Breakfast was plentiful, with plenty of genuine products instead of the usual commercial cakes. We had dinner there one evening, too. The menu is provided in advance, with two first courses, two second courses, two side dishes and two or three desserts to choose from. Everything was excellent, simple home-style food, but delicious. I’d definitely recommend staying here. We’ll be back!

The room was lovely and very clean, with a really comfortable bed. Soundproofing was the one drawback. We arrived late in the rain, but our charming, pleasant hosts welcomed us and made room for us at dinner that evening. Both dinner and breakfast were perfect. The location is peaceful and close to the mountains. We’d gladly have stayed another night.
