A Casa di Amy

Serena welcomed us warmly but discreetly, with her dog Willy, and Antonino, Serena's father-in-law, also greeted us and gave us some of his delicious basil. We really hope to return to this lovely spot in the center of Macari, with its wonderful sea view and great position near the coves in the Gulf. It's ideal if you love nature and peace. The loudest sound around was Valentina's bell, the mare in the yard below the courtyard parking. We stayed in the mini apartment, where the kitchen is on the veranda, and had a great time. The kitchen had everything for a short or longer stay, and there's a barbecue in the garden. The outdoor shower and sink were great too.

The private outdoor area was lovely, with a small table just outside our door and a stunning view of the Macari sea. The courtyard connects directly to the apartment and was magnificent. We stayed one night in early October with my boyfriend. The apartment was spacious, beautifully furnished, and had several beds; the bathroom was clean and it had everything for a longer stay. The area is quiet, parking is available, and the sea is just a two-minute drive away. The owners were very friendly, and the value for money was more than excellent.

The house was cool and north-facing, with a breathtaking view of the sea. We loved the peace and quiet, and the location puts you just steps from the crystal-clear water, San Vito Lo Capo, and Erice. Highly recommended.

San Vito is only a few kilometers away, and the sea at Macari is easy to get to. I had a really relaxing weekend at Emy's House. Serena welcomed us when we arrived, and she was kind and discreet. The house was clean, and the pillows were soft. They let us use the garden and barbecue, and we could park outside the gate, in front of the property. We'll definitely return!
