There’s a lovely view from the rooms and terrace, and breakfast is amazing and very generous. The rooms are comfortable and lovely. The B&B is family-run and sits just outside town, making it a lovely base for exploring the San Vito area. If you’re coming by car, there’s gated parking space inside the garden. Highly recommend staying here!

Mrs. Sebastiana and her young daughter, Miriam, were there whenever we needed anything. The rooms are well kept, clean, quiet, and equipped with every comfort, and the property is meticulously maintained. What made the stay special was the genuine welcome, with Mrs. Sebastiana treating guests like family. The location is strategic, too. I wholeheartedly recommend this B&B. And a special shout-out to Miriam, there are no words for her. Thank you for everything.

We only managed one night because of other commitments, but we’ll definitely be back. Mrs. Sebastiana gave us an exemplary welcome, and she and her young daughter, Miriam, were ready to help with anything, even making sure breakfast was arranged in the best way. The location is strategic, and the property is clean, with well-kept rooms and every comfort. Warm wishes to them both, and a special compliment to little Miriam, who shows that young people aren’t all slackers!

We had a few wonderful days here and were welcomed warmly by Mrs. Sebastiana, her daughter Miriam, and Maria, their kind staff member. The place is quiet, spotless, meticulously maintained, and has every comfort. Mrs. Sebastiana’s genuine warmth made it feel like we were part of her family. Breakfasts were abundant, the smiles were sincere, and their tips helped us explore the area. All the care and kindness made for a special atmosphere. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone who wants a few days somewhere that feels like home, with a warm welcome from start to finish. Congratulations, Mrs. Sebastiana. We’ll be back soon!

The location is a great base for visiting the different beaches and San Vito lo Capo, and the rooms were beautiful, spacious, and meticulously kept. We stayed for two days and everything was superb. Mrs. Sebastiana was fantastic and ready to help, as were her daughter Miriam and Mrs. Maria. Cleanliness was top-notch, and breakfast had plenty of variety, with local products and homemade cakes.
