We had a positive stay overall, and the apartment is spacious, comfortable, and has everything you need. It’s near the sea and town center, with parking in the inner courtyard and a pizzeria next door. The beds are a little hard. I’m holding back the fifth star because of a few issues. Since the apartment had been shut for months before our May arrival, there was a strong musty smell throughout the furniture, and it should be aired out a few days ahead. The oven’s cable was broken, but the hotel brought us keys to another oven within ten minutes. The toilet needs replacing: it sticks and keeps leaking water. When it does finally flush after several tries, the tank refills with a very loud noise, which is unpleasant at night. These problems didn’t affect our stay too much, and I still highly recommend the residence.

Fabricio was very kind and helpful, and the service was very good. The apartment was quiet, clean, spacious, and well equipped, in an excellent location just 150 meters from the beach. The shower was tiny, though, and a chubby person wouldn’t fit. Check-out was also incredibly early at 10 a.m. I’ve never had to leave a place that early before.

We booked through an online booking site and weren’t told there’d be a €50 final cleaning charge on top of the room rate. For a single night, that felt like a rip-off, as if we were on the Costa Smeralda. €165 for a room in a residence without other amenities is already a crazy price, especially since parking costs extra.

We’ll definitely come back. The apartment was very comfortable, and the value for money at this time of year was excellent. It’s in a quiet area near the sea, and you can walk to the center in under ten minutes. Our place had a kitchen, fridge, oven, a balcony off the main room, and two small terraces with a table and chairs.

The apartment was spacious and clean, and near the sea. It’s managed by the Miraspiaggia Hotel. I gave it one star because there’s a €50.00 final cleaning charge, plus €15.00 a day for parking at the residence. In five years of coming to San Vito, this is the first place that’s charged me for parking.
