Ai Dammusi

We had a wonderful stay in September. The room was spotless and had all the comforts, although it wasn’t very large. Linda was very helpful and kind, and suggested places where we could try traditional dishes. Shops and restaurants are close by, and the beach is only a few minutes’ walk away. It’s very central, and we hope to return soon. Highly recommend it.

Being right on San Vito’s main street is a real plus, and the room is welcoming and very centrally located. The bathroom is tiny, and the shower is uncomfortable, though it works. The bed base was bent and sloped toward the middle. The owner fixed it quickly, but in a rather makeshift way, putting a wooden support under the bent frame. The air conditioning also had minor problems and leaked water. I still recommend the place because the owner is always available to help when something comes up. One small suggestion: after the inconvenience we had, I expected a personal visit or at least an apology breakfast. I would have appreciated that.

Linda was incredibly welcoming and pointed us to great local contacts, which helped us make the most of our short time there. Franco's tour of the Zingaro Nature Reserve was well worth doing. Our room was on the small side, but clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast on the terrace was excellent, with lots of local specialties. It was just the kind of hospitality you hope for on holiday.

We liked having a roomy bedroom and a good, varied breakfast, and the hostess was very kind and helpful. The B&B is right in the center of San Vito lo Capo, about 450 meters from the sea. The bathroom is small but practical. The main road can be noisy if that bothers you.
