October is a great time to come with kids. It was still warm, and the crowds had eased off, so we ended up extending our planned two weeks by another two and stayed through the end of the month. The water was lovely too. This was our second visit to the villa, and we already know we want to return. Everything is new, and the location works perfectly: De Spar is a minute away, while the beach and San Vito's main shopping street are both about a five-minute walk. The owner shared plenty of useful local tips, from places to eat and drink to routes for a morning run. There are also lots of climbing options, walking paths, and sights to see. We made a few trips to Trapani and took the funicular up to Erice, where the views were stunning. San Vito felt very safe throughout our stay.

There's a market and a playground nearby, and the beach is close too. Parking is right beside the house. Our stay was affected by very noisy neighbors and a dog that barked constantly.

The beach is just a few steps away, and the house has plenty of comforts. Its inner garden stays cool in the afternoon and evening. I'd happily recommend it.

You can walk to the sea in about five minutes, and the grocery shops are close by in the center of the village. The house is lovely, clean, and has all the comforts, with its own garden.
