We thought the location would work well for our five-day stay, but the hotel turned out to be far from the town center, reached by a narrow, unlit road in the mountains. Our room was 5.5 kilometers from reception. The parking lot was another 300 meters from the room, which made getting settled very uncomfortable. Breakfast was served at Villa Araja, where there was no air conditioning. The food was varied and delicious, but with so many bees around we couldn’t open the windows, and the room felt stifling. For a place presented as luxurious, the lack of basic comforts and the poor management were very disappointing.

A peaceful place surrounded by greenery, with the beach still quite close. The rooms were clean and comfortable, making it a lovely choice for a restful stay near the sea. Highly recommended.

Lastminute.com’s listing was misleading, including the photos, and I felt caught up in one of the vacation scams associated with the site. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, about an hour’s walk away, something the listing never mentioned. Staff were hardly ever around, among other problems. You really need to know what you’re getting into, or you could end up regretting your vacation.

Just a short walk from the sea, with greenery all around. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and breakfast was generous with plenty of variety. A truly relaxing stay, highly recommended.

A special thank you to the young man who came to our door and helped us after a terrible Tuesday morning at 1:15 AM, and to the girl at the massage center, who was fantastic. I also want to thank the manager and all the staff for their kindness and professionalism. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU Sartorio Family
