I found this place on Maps and called directly; they promptly gave me all the directions for getting there and checking in. The location is excellent, close to everything. The room is spacious, with a renovated bathroom, and even though it’s at street level, it’s very quiet. There’s a small terrace where you can enjoy a delicious complimentary coffee. Everything was very clean, and the bed was comfortable.

After 45 years of visiting San Vito, this was my worst experience. The place was run-down and dirty, with old, broken things. When I came back to the room after the first night, the sheets had only been pulled up. The bathroom was still filthy, and the towels had been thrown away, so it was clear that no cleaning had been done. The curtains were dirty too, and the bathroom was the worst part. Upstairs, the terrace had torn awnings and dirty sofa cushions. I had to work up the nerve to use the coffee machine. The website photos don’t match the place. The next day I got a refund for the final night and moved somewhere else. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

We had a wonderful stay from July 26th to August 2nd, 2022, and this place will always have a special place in our hearts. Blusanvito is a great choice for couples, right in the heart of San Vito Lo Capo, less than 100 meters from the beach and 50 meters from the Church of San Vito, with cafes and restaurants nearby. There are four rooms and a shared terrace for guests, with a fridge and coffee maker for breakfast or a coffee after a meal. Simone, the owner, also arranges boat trips. I highly recommend them: the Trapani coast is stunning, and Simone can show you spots off the beaten path from the usual agency trips.

The only good thing about our four nights at this B&B was its location, just steps from the sea. The rooms were old and run-down, almost as if they were always dirty, with no maintenance at all. It’s a real shame given the prime spot. The drawers smelled bad, and the floor was just faded blue concrete with patches and stains. The showers were disgusting, with damp, yellowish dirt around the edges. We also had a misunderstanding with Mr. Simone: he said he had warned us that we’d spend our last night in another room, but nobody told us at check-in. We wouldn’t have minded moving, except he called at 10:30 a.m. while we were in Trapani on a boat excursion, so the cleaning lady had to move all our things between rooms. If we return to San Vito, we definitely won’t stay at Blu San Vito again or recommend it.
