We paid almost €3,000 for a two-week stay, so we expected decent service. Instead, what we got felt mediocre at best and downright poor at times, and we wouldn't recommend the property. The house wasn't clean when we arrived. Check-in was also unpleasant: the very annoyed receptionist lit an IQOS in the closed room and showed no regard for us. During the stay, a strong sewer smell kept coming back. We reported it, but nothing was done. We were told it came from outside, though it was only noticeable in the kitchen and living room, not the other rooms. The receptionist should approach the job with more care and respect for guests, and with more professionalism and motivation.

The property is new, on a quiet street near both the town center and the sea, and there's a handy parking space. But the management and value for money were disappointing. Cleaning and upkeep were minimal, the furnishings and equipment looked dated and had been fitted haphazardly, the wifi didn't work, and customer service was zero. When we arrived, the garage space assigned to us was very dirty, with dog waste. I mentioned it politely at reception and was brusquely told it wasn't their responsibility. I asked to borrow a bucket so I could clean it, but they told me not to, saying I might end up with a criminal record. I then asked them to report it to the relevant authorities and have it dealt with. By checkout two weeks later, nothing had been done. For the same price, you can probably find somewhere better.

We had a really charming three-room apartment on the ground floor, with a veranda. The part that puzzled us was how completely the management neglected its guests. When the power and water went out, we got no help or advice, and there was no support at other times either. Paying guests shouldn't be left in the dark.

The receptionist was unfriendly, though the location is handy, close to the sea and the historic center, and the underground parking is convenient. Outside, the property is well kept. Inside, things are decent, especially the kitchen and shower, although both feel a bit dated.
