The owner came across as arrogant, didn't communicate, and showed no respect for guests. The check-in time is 16:30, which I understand, but when we arrived early the door was shut and we couldn't leave our luggage. The owner seemed inattentive. I've never encountered that attitude at any accommodation. Our room wasn't properly cleaned, looked out onto an inner courtyard, and neighbors cooked fried food there all day. At night, we could hear the neighboring restaurant's kitchen. The umbrella and sunbeds were kept at the property and hard to transport, and the umbrella couldn't be put into the beach sand. Breakfast was a big letdown too. The owner said it ran from 8 to 10, but it was late every day with no apology, and the food was poor quality. There were about 12 of us staying, but breakfast had only 4 yogurts and 4 slices of salami and cheese, among other things. I doubt children could eat healthily from what was available. The owner and cleaning staff sat smoking right beside the tables.

We were welcomed warmly, and the location is fantastic. The room is small but has all the comforts. I liked the lovely inner courtyard, which feels homey without that cramped hotel-corridor feeling. It was clean too, and we were pleasantly surprised that breakfast was included. Highly recommended. 5🌟

Though the room is modest in size, it’s clean, welcoming, and well cared for. The area is quiet, while still being close to both the beach and the center. They also provide deck chairs and umbrellas to take to the beach. Excellent rating.

The location is the standout, just a few steps from the beautiful San Vito beach. Giuseppe was friendly and helpful, and the place felt homey and clean. Breakfast on the terrace was delicious. There’s no bidet in the bathroom, but I found it convenient anyway. You can also use the chairs and umbrella the property provides. Highly recommended.
