Residence Le Palme

The apartment had a large terrace, and the beach and lots of restaurants were close by. We especially appreciated how clean and safe it felt. Thank you, Christina, for being a great host, and thanks to the cleaners too.

We first spotted the residence during a day trip to San Vito. It looked cute and cozy, so we booked it, and we’re glad we did. The location was ideal, and the apartment was clean and comfortable, with great amenities, a small balcony, and a private rooftop terrace. The people working here were the real treasure. Crisitina was an outstanding host who went above and beyond to make our time in this beautiful town as comfortable as possible.

The apartment looked nice and the location was excellent, but that was about all it had going for it. There was no hot water, even though the receptionist kept saying they would fix it. Nothing changed, and there was a terrible smell coming through the pipes. We couldn’t use the oven because turning it on cut the power to the whole apartment. The microwave had nowhere to go, so we’d have had to put it on the floor. The apartment was full of flies too.

You can’t get any closer to the beach, and the apartments are very nice and exactly as advertised. The staff were kind and helpful, with Marzia managing them so wonderfully.
