The breakfasts are a real highlight, with plenty to eat and excellent cakes and jams made by Romina. The breakfast room adds a lot to the place, which has the feel of this splendid island's history. Luca has renovated it with real skill, creating spacious, comfortable rooms in an elegant, tucked-away spot that is still central. The village is peaceful but has bars and all the amenities, and the location works well for visiting the beautiful beaches around Villasimius.

We had a welcoming stay at Casa Camilla, and breakfast was always well stocked. Alongside the basics of yogurt, bread, butter and homemade jam, there was juice, coffee, milk and fruit. Each morning brought a lovely surprise of delicious local sweet and savoury pastries, all excellent quality. The owner is wonderful and always happy to look after what guests need. Our room had air conditioning, a TV and a mini-fridge. The B&B is handy for a supermarket, grocery shops and other stores, and parking is available in the supermarket's gated courtyard.
