Civico85

We spent one night at civico85 before an early flight, and it worked fine for what we needed. It's a practical place if you're mainly looking to stay close to the airport. The apartment was tidy and had everything we needed. We especially liked the coffee corner and little snacks before heading out. The windows face a busy road, but the shutters kept the noise from bothering us.

The day before check-in, they canceled my reservation, saying the place was overbooked. I’d booked through Booking.com months earlier and had already paid in full. I can’t say anything about the property itself, but I had to find a more expensive hotel at the last minute. I wouldn’t recommend it if you don’t want to risk being treated the same way.

We had to cancel our room, and after that they never replied to our emails. They kept the advance payment without responding at all. That’s no way to treat customers.

It’s a safe area, though it feels run-down. The apartment itself is new, clean, and well organized, and we found it welcoming. The location is noisy, but the windows insulate so well that we were comfortable inside. It’s handy for the airport, about a 10-minute walk away, and the Madonna pastry shop nearby is excellent.
