The building could use renovation, and our room was very small. Its bathroom had a tiny window that you couldn't reach. We knew there was no elevator, but it's still a climb to the fourth floor. Breakfast was acceptable, with herbal teas, coffee pods, jams, snacks, and fruit juices. It's 200 meters from Via Toledo and the metro. There's room for improvement.

The rooms and apartment were spotless down to the smallest detail, cleaner than many hotels. Rosario was incredibly kind and always there with information or advice. The location made it easy to get around and explore characteristic spots, or just walk and enjoy the city's food and treats. A perfect base for really experiencing Naples, even on a short visit. Highly recommended. We'll definitely be back.

Set right in the Spanish Quarter, the B&B has a really strategic location. The apartment was spotless and well maintained, and the host was very helpful and ready to accommodate guests' needs.

Rosario welcomed us as soon as we arrived, and was super kind, relaxed, and helpful. His suggestions about what to do, how to get around, and especially where to eat all worked out really well. The apartment sits in the center of the Spanish Quarters, among lovely, typical Neapolitan alleys with Maradona murals and several Totò murals, including an alley named after him. It's a great spot for seeing Naples on foot, with something wonderful around every corner. Our room and private bathroom were very spacious and had every comfort. The shared kitchen was also lovely, roomy, fully equipped, and spotlessly clean. For our first visit to Naples, we couldn't have chosen better. Highly recommended for a wonderful holiday!

Rosario is a wonderful owner, always available, and the B&B is spectacularly managed. Its location is more than excellent for getting out and experiencing the city.
