Di Palma Suite

The code we were sent didn't work, and there's video documenting that. No one was there at the property, and we couldn't reach anyone by phone, so we were left outside a locked door. We had to find somewhere else to stay rather than sleep on the street, but they still charged us even though it wasn't our fault we couldn't get in. The hotel has been unresponsive for months, and our money is gone. This place isn't really a hotel, just access by code. Stay away, you'll only get ripped off.

For the price, it's only average. In Napoli you can get a better room and breakfast for the same money. The building is old and not very clean, and it's hard to find the B&B inside. It's also under WORK, something that wasn't mentioned anywhere. The staff don't speak English. Nearby parking feels like a scam, with a charge of 25 euros per night. Check when the reviews were written before you book. I don't recommend it.

We stayed in room No 2. The host was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and spacious with a good breakfast. The balcony door was damaged and wouldn't close properly, so the room felt a little chilly. We could also hear the TV and conversations from the other room quite clearly through the small door, late into the night. Still, it's a lovely place to stay in Naples, and I do recommend it.

The hospitality was outstanding, and we'll definitely stay here again when we come back to Napoli. The two helpful girls running the place welcomed us when we arrived. It's in a safe, central area near the bay and a five-minute walk from the main street with shops and restaurants. The rooms have been newly redecorated and were fresh and clean, and breakfast was served in a beautiful lobby with a Napoli style.
