You have to handle everything yourself here, including cooking in the shared kitchen and making do without fresh sheets or towels. The windows don't shut, and even the room doors won't close properly. I strongly advise against staying here.

A quiet spot in a residential building in the historic Via dei Tribunali area. The house has four rooms and a kitchen with a fridge and stove.

The location is fairly near the center, but three young women in our group didn't feel safe walking back in the evening. Locals warned us about the dark streets next to the property and the unsavory people around there. Inside, there was no welcome, and the rooms and shared areas weren't clean. Our room was dark and far too small for three; the third bed was more like a child's bed and uncomfortable. The bin in our room wasn't emptied during the three days, so we had to take the rubbish out and replace the bag ourselves. I don't recommend it. I'll pursue legal action over the owner's reply, which attributed statements to me that I never made. We'll deal with it in the proper forum.

The alley where the B&B sits isn't among Naples' best. Inside, there was an unpleasant smell in the hallway, and we couldn't figure out the source, so nothing was done about it. Wi-Fi only worked in the living room and, very weakly, in some bedrooms. The phone signal was even worse, at least on Vodafone. The place itself isn't bad, but those are three serious drawbacks.
