B&B Mamma Carolina

Cleanliness was impeccable, and our stay at B&B Mamma Carolina was comfortable and really pleasant. We had a warm, friendly welcome from Mrs. Carolina and her children. The bright, spacious rooms came with everything we needed, including satellite TV, a small refrigerator, air conditioning, and free WiFi. Breakfast was delicious too, with tea, latte, cappuccino, espresso, croissants, bread, butter, and jam.

Mino made us feel welcome, and we especially enjoyed the breakfasts and chatting with Madam Carolina. Our first stay with Mama Carolina was a wonderful experience. We'd love to come back as soon as we can, and I recommend it to everyone.

Mother Carolina, Delia, and Mino were so kind that they left me with a full heart. Sending them all a big hug. The breakfast was generous and excellent, and the homemade desserts smelled and tasted wonderful. I slept comfortably, and my room had a refrigerator, TV, quiet air conditioning, and a welcoming garden seating area. I came to Salento for ten days, driven by how much I wanted to see my childhood friends again. I stayed at the family-run B&B "Mamma Carolina" in Sanarica, right in the middle of the region. It's beautiful and well kept, with careful attention to detail. The rooms are spacious, warmly decorated, very clean, and fragrant, with hygiene that felt impeccable. The Wi-Fi was fast and useful, and parking made the stay easy and stress-free. It's well placed for reaching Otranto, Castro, Santa Maria di Leuca, Santa Cesarea, the Zinzulusa cave, and Salento's lovely beaches in just a few minutes. A supermarket, gas station, and an excellent affordable restaurant are only a few meters away. It's also a quiet spot for relaxing. I made a last-minute booking through Booking.com, and the website photos already gave me the sense it would be comfortable. When I called the property, though, availability seemed unpredictable. I was revisiting places from my childhood and teenage years, including some I hadn't seen in over 25 years. When we arrived, we got a warm welcome and were looked after with real care, as if someone wanted us to feel at home. Everything was meticulously clean, and the linens smelled lovely. Mrs. Carolina is cheerful, affectionate, and delightful to be around. Breakfast was excellent and authentic. Thank you for making our stay pleasant in every way. Highly recommended.
