We had a spacious, quiet room, and everything was very clean. The owners were lovely, and I even got a free upgrade. It's close to the beach and restaurants, with the city center not far away. I'll definitely be back.

The owners make this place feel like staying with your favorite relatives in Italy. It's so charming and authentic, and they're out of this world. The hotel itself is simple, with what you need and nothing extra. It has that quaint, classic 1970s feel, and it's not fancy, but it's perfect for me. Right in the middle of town, I walked everywhere, from the shops and parks to the restaurants and marinas.

The staff are super friendly and helpful, and there's a spacious bar area with a terrace for the practical breakfast. It's a short, pleasant walk into the center of sanremo on the bike and footpath. The place is a slightly scruffy 2 star hotel still hanging on to some of its old glamour, but the rooms are clean and air conditioned. Double glazing keeps out the noise from the busy road, and it's excellent value for money.

For about 35 euros, I got a clean room that was fairly big for one person, with extra towels, shampoo, soap, and a hairdryer in the bathroom. I arrived at 2 am on October 25th 2013, and the concierge was still friendly and polite after I woke him up. I was too late for breakfast and didn't try the free WiFi, so I can't comment on either. I was very satisfied, and this was one of the best value-for-money stays I've had while travelling.
