The location is great and the room is fairly good, but there's no AC. The lady at the front desk was really rude to us, yelling in a way that isn't appropriate when speaking to a client. The tattoed guy was much nicer. There's also a curfew if you're planning to get back to the hotel after midnight.

The receptionist was nice, and it's easy to find the hotel from the train station. Breakfast was ok, and there were plenty of towels in the bathroom, with proper sheets on the bed. The bathroom itself was very tiny, impossible to move around or dry off in, and the soap holder kept falling down while I showered.

The owners have such warm hearts and are ready to do whatever they can to help tourists and foreigners. Staying here was a great experience. This is one of the best hotels in Sanremo. Thank you so much!

I got in at around 8pm and had no trouble getting a room. It was a wonderful stay at a fantastic hotel. I don't think I'd recommend trying that during high season...
