Osvaldo contacted us and arranged airport transport with Sorrento Easy Travel, who were excellent. Luca looked after our stay so well, and even cooked dinner for us a couple of nights. Luisa cleaned the house every day except Sunday, which we hadn't expected and made things even nicer. It was a short walk to the train, the beach, and downtown Sorrento, with a coffee shop right next door and taxis waiting a little way down the street. The place was beautiful and spacious, had everything we needed, and we felt so well cared for. It exceeded our expectations.

We were very pleased with Antico Convento. We rented all the rooms, enjoyed all three terraces, and found the area safe. Sorrento square is an easy walk of about 20 minutes. The villa looks just like the photos. We didn't use the party room downstairs. A few things to know: the beds are hard, if that's what you like. Our contract said electricity was included in the price, but the paragraph also said it would be charged by usage, so that needs to be clear. We had assumed from the photo that the villa was on a cliff, but it isn't. The cliff and the elevator to the beach are two turns away, left and then left again. The elevator costs one euro to use, which wasn't a big deal, but I wanted to mention it. We LOVED our chef, Luca, who cooked for us two nights, and both meals were 5 star. Antonina, who cleaned upstairs, was a doll and also helped Luca cook. I'd highly recommend staying here and hope we can return.

The owner was very kind and available whenever we needed him. The house has luxurious finishes, and the service was impeccable. Both the rooms and common areas were spotless. Excellent property in a perfect location, highly recommended.
