Crawford Flats

The location was the best thing about this hotel. It’s in a good neighbourhood and close to the water, though getting to downtown Sorrento takes about a 25-minute walk. We couldn’t use the sink because it was clogged, and despite asking several times for help, nobody came to fix it. The jacuzzi was freezing, and staff didn’t resolve that after we raised it more than once. The shower leaked every time and flooded the bathroom badly enough to soak four large towels. The beds were hard as rocks and really uncomfortable.

We used Hotel Crawford as our base for exploring the Amalfi Coast, and it was so convenient. Being just steps from the beach was a big plus, and we made the most of it. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel had a stylish, luxurious feel. Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful, and we felt right at home. We loved our stay and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We stayed in room 308, which was clean and comfortable, with a balcony looking toward the Mediterranean. The morning hostess was wonderful and very helpful. It’s a quiet, comfortable hotel away from the main tourist area, and we’d definitely consider staying here again when we return to Sorrento.

We had a great, spacious room, and the location worked really well. There’s a restaurant with a lovely view just a few metres away, plus a great place for authentic Neapolitan pizza right next door. The receptionist was friendly and helpful, and her map showing nearby places made getting oriented easy.
