We checked out this morning after a great stay, and we'd happily return. The staff were so helpful and friendly, from reception and the restaurant to the minibus driver. They connected especially well with our party's four-year-old grandson. The shuttle ran throughout the day, making it easy to get to and from Sorrento with him. It's about a 20-minute walk into town, too. Our rooms were spotless, housekeeping was immaculate, and breakfast had a buffet of hot and cold food. We can't praise the team enough.

The shuttle was really useful, and the staff printed our tickets when we needed them and lent us beach towels. We felt very well looked after during our three-night stay. Breakfast was very good, too. Special mention to the man who welcomed us each morning in his sharp white jacket. We'd highly recommend the Hotel Caravel for a visit to Sorrento.

We weren't guests at the hotel, but the staff were incredibly accommodating to our group in summer 2022. Our Airbnb in Sant’Agnello wasn't ready, so they let us use the restaurant, which is usually for hotel guests. We were hungry and exhausted, and they gave us food and water when we needed it. We also got to play with their adorable black cat, Velvet. I'm very grateful for that kind of hospitality.

The rooms had lovely sea views, the food was excellent, and English was spoken throughout. A great spot for a lovely evening by the coast, with the free shuttle into Sorrento being a real plus.

The evening meal felt like dining in a top restaurant, and the food matched. Breakfast was extravagant, with anything you could want, all help-yourself. The staff were friendly and really helpful, and the rooms have air conditioning, a welcome escape after being out in the boiling sun. It's one of those hotels I'd return to. Can't fault it. 🥰
