We spent a week here and were very happy with the apartment. It has a full kitchen and a washing machine, plus they leave a coffee pot and espresso so you can start the morning the way people do in Italy. It's a great little spot, an easy walk from Sorrento, with plenty of restaurants and bars close by. Buses run throughout the day to Sorrento and the port, where you can catch boat trips to Capri, Positano, Amalfi, or Napoli. Ideal for a couple staying nearby for a few days or a week.

I'm still staying here right now, and it's absolutely fantastic. The place is spotless, the people are friendly, and I highly recommend it.

Just bear in mind that Sorrento is about a 15-minute walk away, so if you don't like walking, this may not suit you. The apartment is pleasant, clean, and recently renovated, and it's near the train station. It's missing a few accessories, though nothing important.
