The location was fantastic for views, activities, and food. The rest of this stay was a real low point in our honeymoon in Europe. During a major heat wave, the air conditioner didn't work once, and the host regularly switched off the wifi. After we prepaid and checked out, Vienna charged my card an extra $250 Canadian, saying I'd lost the keys. She texted the next day to say she'd found them and would return the money. After more than a month of trying to get it back, I contacted Booking.com, where I'd made the reservation, and they started investigating. Even after their 48-hour update, she had stopped replying to me and, apparently, to the booking site as well. The owner had promised a refund, then threatened, “send me a good review to get your Money back, don’t push me.” I left a five-star review and waited several days, but she opened every message without replying. The service and communication were bad from the moment she charged my card extra, for no reason that I could see. I feel she's scamming me. I expected scams while shopping in Europe or pickpocketing, but not from the owner of a small air b&b. If you want an overpriced bedroom that may cost even more because of a scam, book here. Otherwise, book anywhere else.

We spent 15 days at Casa Vienna in May, and Vienna was welcoming and sweet throughout. She arranged our airport transfer, met us, explained everything, and shared great dinner and beach recommendations for Sorrento and Sant'Agnello. She also organized two excellent tours at very short notice and for a more than fair price, one to Capri and the other to Mount Vesuvius and the town of Pompeii. She was easy to reach on WhatsApp and by phone basically all day, and always ready to help. The guest house has vintage charm, and both the house and our room were clean and cozy. There were enough towels and toiletries, the room and bathroom were comfortable, and the balcony looked out over the gulf and Mount Vesuvius. One thing we hadn't realized was that the kitchen wasn't available to us and there was no fridge in the room, so keep that in mind when planning. A great stay, grazie Signora Vienna!

Vienna was really kind to us, with suggestions for restaurants, things to see in Sorrento, and excursions. The Capri tour was especially fantastic. I spent three days at Vienna’s and loved the room, the clean surroundings, and the atmosphere. The view of the Vesuvio was beyond words. I'll definitely come again!

The balcony had a wonderful view, and the bathroom was clean and comfortable. The room was spacious and bright, with lovely Vietri pottery. The B&b was amazing and clean, and Vienna will do everything you ask. Her excursion to Capri, Positano, and Amalfi was amazing!
