Hotel Club - Sorrento

The terrace is beautiful, the pool is lovely, and the view from the top is wonderful. Hotel Club Sorrento is conveniently placed, with bus stops and the train station only minutes away. We spent a week there and thoroughly enjoyed it. Everything was spotlessly clean, the food was varied, nicely cooked and presented, and the staff were friendly and very helpful. We'd highly recommend it and would definitely return.

The train around the corner gets you into Sorrento in just two minutes, though walking takes about half an hour. I stayed for a week in 2023 and came back for another week this year, in 2025. It's a welcoming, family-run hotel with great service and extremely friendly, helpful staff. The food is good and they accommodate dietary needs. The pool is great, too. I highly recommend it and will be back again.

Our room had everything we needed, including a safe and fridge, and a private balcony overlooking the pool and garden. Both the rooms and hotel were spotless, with staff constantly cleaning. Breakfast offered plenty of hot and cold choices. Dinner had a basic selection that we pre-ordered at breakfast, but the food quality was good, and service from both Francos was outstanding. They're lovely, old-school waiters who know how to please. The hotel is well located, five minutes from the railway station, bars, cafes, and local shops, and a 20-minute walk from central Sorrento. The staff were so welcoming and couldn't do enough for us, even dropping us off and picking us up at the point five minutes from the hotel.

The staff were brilliant, friendly and helpful, and the restaurant team was attentive. We enjoyed the food, and the pool area was nice and usually very quiet. We could spend an hour or two there and often had it to ourselves. The station is less than five minutes away, with trains passing close enough to see from the balcony and pool, but they didn't bother us at all. We had a compact room for three, travelling with my two teenagers. It had everything we needed, although the balcony only had two chairs and there wasn't room for a third. Sorrento is a 20-30 minute walk away, and there are bars and cafes within a two-minute walk. We'd definitely come back. Thanks for a great holiday.
