The staff made this stay feel special from the moment they recognized us by name. Everyone was warm, attentive, and ready to help, and their effort really stood out. The hotel is beautifully laid out, spotless, and full of amenities that made it easy to relax. We loved the views from the rooftop bar and the fifth-floor restaurant, and breakfast had a great range and quality each morning. The transport service was professional and made trips into town simple. We’d happily come back and recommend it. If I could, I’d give it 10 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️+

The rooftop was gorgeous, the property beautiful, and our room had everything we needed. Aniello was the best, and all the staff were friendly, helpful, and fun to be around. We loved Hotel Mediterraneo so much that we added another night. Worth every penny, and we’ll be back!

The wedding week was wonderful for us and our guests, and the seven nights we stayed here made the whole experience even better. Valeria and Alessia organized everything with so much care, and the friendly staff made every interaction a pleasure. The food was excellent throughout the wedding events and the rest of the week. Our room stayed clean, comfortable, and well looked after. Aniello and Giuseppe at the front desk were always there to help. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue or stay, and can’t wait to return.

Our Capri trip with Natalia and Luigi was perfect, and the private boats are a great option. The whole team made everything smooth, from transport and reservations to charters, room service, and evening turndown with treats for our daughter. Costanza was especially wonderful with our shy two-year-old and helped us avoid meltdowns. Breakfast was fantastic, with breathtaking views, and Angela, Luciana, and the rest of the team were so kind. The rooms were spotless and well appointed, and the location was ideal, with free vans into town and beach access. We felt like we knew the staff personally by the time we left, and I even cried saying goodbye. So grateful for the memories in Sorrento. Grazie mille!

The shuttle into Sorrento made getting around easy, and our private car tour of the Amalfi Coast took a lot of stress out of the trip and was worth it. The spa was amazing, and both restaurants were delicious, one fine dining and the other more casual. Service was excellent, especially from the friendly and helpful front desk team, including Aniello and Giuseppe. We loved staying here and hope to come back.
