We were promised a refund, then later told the host had blocked it. The terrace also lacked privacy because it served as a walkway to a neighbouring property, and we had trouble with the hot water. The apartment was not properly prepared for new guests when we arrived, and the key didn't work, so we waited a long time to get in. When I mentioned the old, dirty bedding left in the property, the owner became confrontational, raised her voice, and shouted at me instead of sorting it out. She then tried to make herself look like the victim. Mr. Angelo from De Vivo Realty was just as dismissive and unhelpful, and made it clear our concerns weren't being taken seriously. Poor communication and customer service, and not worth the price. I'd strongly recommend staying elsewhere.
