After a long day in the Italian summer heat, my guest and I came back frustrated to find no clean towels and no one available to help. My room hadn’t been serviced for two days in a row. I rarely leave negative reviews, but felt I should share this. I also accidentally booked an extra night and contacted the hotel to explain and ask for a partial refund. Despite following up several times, I got no meaningful reply for days. They said they’d get back to me, but never did.

It’s very convenient for getting around, with the train station nearby. The pool is superb and well maintained, a great place to relax. The rooms and common areas were impeccably clean, and breakfast was delicious, varied, and made with fresh, high-quality products. I had an excellent stay in Sant'Agnello and highly recommend this accommodation.

The breakfast had a good range and was served al fresco on the terrace. The woman who prepares it and cleans the rooms was amazing, and the owner was lovely too. Staff were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The room and bathroom were both large and very clean, with modern-looking furniture. It takes about 30 minutes to walk to central Sorrento, and there are restaurants near the accommodation. We had a great stay and would highly recommend it.

We had a peaceful garden room and really enjoyed the pool and gardens at Sorrento Bay. Giusy welcomed us warmly and helped arrange restaurants and travel. We enjoyed walking to Sorrento, and the train and bus stops are only a short walk away for getting around the area. It’s easy to reach everything while staying away from the busy part of Sorrento. We’d definitely recommend it.

The staff were welcoming, and the location was perfect for our stay. We especially loved relaxing in the bio pool, which felt clean in an organic way. We had an amazing time at Sorrento Bay Relais and would definitely recommend booking here for a Sorrento stay!
