Carmen gave us a warm welcome and really helped us get settled for a great couple of days in Sorrento and Sant'Agnello. She met us at Sant'Agnello station and showed us around the area. The room was spotless and well equipped, and our stay was comfortable.

The air conditioning works really well, and the terrace outside is lovely, with views towards Sorrento. There are three sets of tables and chairs, one under cover. It’s only a 15-20 minute walk to the centre. The top floor suite is nice and small, but getting up there means climbing 63 big steps. There are other rooms available, of course. It’s fairly basic, with a fridge, microwave, kettle, and Dolce Gusto machine.

Carmen made us feel so welcome, and the Felicità Suite turned out to be a lovely surprise. It was clean, elegant, and had all the comforts we needed, plus a little terrace facing the main street. The Sorrento Penthouse Suite is right on the main road between Sant'Agnello and Sorrento. A charming stay, and one I’d happily recommend.

Carmen was so thoughtful, and the little touches she left in the room made her kindness clear. She was attentive and lovely with us throughout. It’s a beautiful place to stay while taking in Sorrento. We’ll definitely come back!

Carmen has done a great job. The room has everything you’d want for a vacation, including air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a mini fridge, hairdryer, kettle, and coffee machine.
