The views from the property were priceless, and I felt safe and relaxed there. Angelo and Gaetano were thoughtful, accommodating hosts for our group. My room was clean and comfortable, and Chef Luca’s food was outstanding. I had a wonderful retreat at Villa la Ventana and hope to return.

Villa La Ventana in Sorento was a beautiful part of our recent Italy trip. The hosts clearly care about the setting and made us feel wonderfully looked after. The Amalfi Coast views are stunning when you wake up, and you can see something spectacular from every part of the property.

Our group of 11 stayed four nights, and the spacious, comfortable accommodations and pool with its great views made it easy to enjoy our time there. Angelo and Gaetano did everything they could to make the stay go smoothly. We added breakfast each morning and especially liked the omelets. On our last night, we had a chef-prepared dinner on site outdoors, with cool mountain air and incredible views. It was a lovely way to finish the trip. The villa is beyond the city center, but we liked the quieter setting and could readily arrange vans or cabs. After we accidentally left a passport behind, Angelo quickly found a driver to take it from Sorrento to our hotel at the Rome airport. His help meant we could all leave on time.

A handy base for nearby small towns, agrotourism, and even nightlife in Sorrento. The hosts were welcoming, and Angelo took time to help everyone settle in and answer questions about the area.

Priceless views from everywhere, including my room, the front entrance, and the pool with jacuzzi. The owners were wonderfully hospitable, and I can’t wait to come back.
