B&B Al Cristo

Nadia speaks English and shared some good places to visit. She did everything she could to make our two-night stay a delight, and she’s a fantastic host. Our upstairs room was very comfortable and wonderfully quiet, with a little terrace overlooking vineyards that stretch down to the small town. The common area feels warm and inviting, with a fridge of reasonably priced drinks and free snacks. There are four rooms on site. A couple of extra highlights: the owners’ gentle, sweet German Shepherd, Carrie, was impossible to walk past without stopping to pat her. And just a very short walk up the hill is La Divina, perhaps the best restaurant experience of our lives.

We could have happily stayed longer. Nadia welcomed us warmly and gave us plenty of helpful tips. The garden and pool are lovely places to unwind with a glass of wine and take in the amazing view. The B&B looks out over Lake Garda and the local vineyards.

The breakfast was amazing every day, and the restaurant just up the hill served wonderful food and wine. B&B Al Cristo sits on a hill above the vineyards and valley, with views all the way to Lago di Garda. The owner is fantastic and incredibly accommodating. There are too many good things to fit in a review. This is the standard other B&Bs should aim for. I’d return in a minute, probably next year, and highly recommend it. You won’t be disappointed.

The garden and swimming pool are amazing, and the rooms are really comfortable. Breakfast was very good too. Nadia is a fantastic host, kind, attentive, and always available. Simply wonderful! The view of Valpolicella from this B&B is so lovely.
