Porta della Torre B&B

The room was spotless, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The village is small, really cute, and perched a little on the hillside, though it wasn't too hard to reach. The only downside was that there was no bidet. Otherwise, an absolute 5/5.

Andrea gave us detailed restaurant suggestions and even called the places for us. We enjoyed the complimentary bottle of wine while taking in the breathtaking Lake Garda view from the village square. Breakfast, with local products, was delicious too. The host gave us a very warm welcome, and the bed, bathroom, and shower were heavenly. Everything was spotless in this recently renovated B&B, where the attention to detail really shows. It's in a beautiful little village. We were very impressed and had a truly perfect stay!

The room was bright and clean, with a spacious bathroom and lovely furnishings. Andrea welcomes guests with courtesy, discretion, and professionalism. The B&B Porta della Torre is in San Giorgio in Valpolicella, a few km from Verona, and just a short walk from the square and its panoramic terrace. The view over the lake and the snow-covered Alps is spectacular. The price is average, breakfast can be sweet or savory, and Wi-Fi is free.

The atmosphere feels like an old Italian village, and from the nearby square you can look out over valleys and vineyards. There's also a restaurant within walking distance serving authentic food and local wine. Our room was in a two-story historic house, with excellent design, and the host was welcoming and gave us a personalized tour. I recommend it.
